Al Banco (At the Stand)

A stand on the pier, under the lights

The feast is a walk past the stands: sausage and peppers on the grill, cannoli by the tray, and tables of Italian goods along the pier rail, with Long Island Sound behind them. If that sounds like your business, there's a place for it here.

Four days in September: September 16 – 19, 2027, on the Playland boardwalk at Tiki Beach.
A crowd that comes hungry: Families who come for the food, the music, and the procession, and stay for the evening.
Room for more than food: Bakeries, crafts, gifts, and kids' activities have all had a stand on the pier.
